Want to make Pumpkin Spice Latte at home? How about a dairy free recipe that tastes the same? I created a Pumpkin Spice Soy Latte that you can make in your microwave.
Combine ingredients in microwave safe bowl
1 cup vanilla soymilk
2 Tbs Pumpkin Puree
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Poke holes to vent.
Heat in Microwave for 2 minutes.
Once heated, remove plastic wrap and froth with frother or whisk.
Add to 1/4 cup strong coffee or espresso.
Optional topping sprinkles.
In small bowl, mix 1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg.
Mix and sprinkle a little on top. Enjoy!
It is so easy and it will save you a lot of money too.
